Barclays Bank was inquiring on ways to increase diversity in their internship programs and make the internship opportunities more inviting to creative people. In doing, I was able to conduct extensive research on the type of people who apply to Barclays internships in relation to the people they would like to feel more obliged to apply. From this I was able to create a brief conceptual marketing campaign; with stickers, a promotional video, and outreach application that targets creatives to apply or inquire about creative opportunities at Barclays bank.
